How can I pay for my order?

We’ve made checkout super easy! 💛 You can pay using credit or debit cards, PayPal, or any other secure payment options you’ll see at checkout.

When will I get my files?

Right away! 🎉 Once your payment goes through, you’ll see your download link on the confirmation page and in your email.

What file formats do you use?

Most of our goodies come in PDF for printing, plus PNG/JPG for graphics. Some products even include editable Canva links — check the product details to be sure.

What’s the difference between PUR and MRR licenses?

PUR (Personal Use Rights) → Just for you! You can use the files for your own personal projects, but no reselling or sharing.

MRR (Master Resell Rights) → You can sell the product as is to others (following our license rules). Your buyer can resell also if they avail the MRR. A great option if you want to start your own little shop!

Can I edit your products?

Some, yes! ✏️ If it’s editable in Canva or another program, we’ll always mention it in the product description.

Do you give refunds or exchanges?

Since everything here is digital, we can’t offer refunds. 💌 But if you ever have an issue, just message us — we’re happy to help.

Can I use your designs for my business?

If the product says it comes with a commercial license or MRR, then yes! Otherwise, it’s for personal use only.

How do I print my files?

You can print at home, bring them to your favorite print shop, or use an online printing service. Easy peasy!

What if I can’t download my purchase?

Don’t worry — just send us a message at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll send you a fresh link ASAP.
